VOICES is an award winning comedy about a voice-over artist discovering her own voice! Carla Delaney can mimic any voice...Betty White, Sofia Vergara, Bart Simpson...to name a few, but using her own voice, now that's another story! When Carla meets the surprising voices of her head, her heart, her snotty respiratory system, and over 30 more, she asks the question, "Is it noisy in here, or is it just me?"

Carla Delaney (Playwright & Performer)
Chances are, you've heard Carla Delaney's voice before. A successful and acclaimed voice-over artist, her voice has featured in film, animation, video games, and commercials everywhere. A gifted impressionist, she's done everyone from Bart Simpson to Barbra Streisand to Martha Stewart to Lady Gaga, and the list goes on and on. She's written and performed in the Groundlings' Sunday Company, in the hit show Forbidden Broadway, on TV on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Conan, Family Guy, The Cleveland Show, New Looney Tunes, Doc McStuffins, Showtime's Our Cartoon President, Captain Marvel and much more. How Carla got to this point is a coming-of-age story as funny and insightful as the multitude of characters inside her.
Jessica Lynn Johnson (Director)
A published playwright, recipient of BEST NATIONAL SOLO ARTIST AWARD, Board Member of the LA Women's Theatre Festival, and CEO of Soaring Solo LLC, Jessica has aided in the development of over 75 solo shows. She has edu-tained international audiences touring her own one person shows ZE and OBLIVIOUS TO EVERYONE for over 13 years. As a Director, Jessica's shows have won awards such as TOP OF FRINGE, ENCORE PRODUCER AWARDS, TVOLUTION BEST SOLO PERFORMANCE, LARRY CORNWALL AWARD FOR MUSICAL EXCELLENCE and several other accolades! Jessica was nominated for Female Director of Distinction in Theatre by Girl Trip LLC at the Hollywood Fringe Festival.
