Oyster and Sake
A Happy New Year :)
Our 1st Sake event of the year will be seasonal oyster and sake!
It will start with assorted sashimi, 3 styles of oysters(raw, grilled and shabu shabu), finish with Zosui.
Zosui is mild Japanese rice soup and it's made from pre-cooked rice and dashi broth seasoned with soy sauce with oyster essence.
It will be served with 3 different sake.
