Please review the policies below prior to placing an order

• Vouchers may only be redeemed for admission to Barge Music Events.


• Vouchers must be redeemed through Brown Paper Tickets. They may not be redeemed on-site at a Bargemusic event.


• All sales are final. Vouchers do not have cash value.


• Additional vouchers may not be added to existing orders.


• Please avoid ordering for more than one household at a time. In order to redeem a voucher, a recipient will need a unique order confirmation number. If a ticket buyer is purchasing gifts for multiple households or people, it is best to place a separate order for each.


• To gift a voucher, you may either forward the Confirmation Email or share the Order Confirmation Number with whomever is the intended recipient. You may also choose to provide their email address when placing the order. Doing so, however, means the person placing the order will not receive a receipt.


• We do not recommend sharing the Order Confirmation Number with anyone but the intended recipient. Anyone with the number may be able to alter the voucher(s) associated with the order.

• When redeeming a gift voucher, the recipient will need to provide the Order Confirmation Number.


• Once a gift voucher is redeemed for a ticket to a Bargemusic event, the redemption cannot be reversed. The newly issued ticket is then subject to any policies unique to the chosen event (e.g., date exchange policy).
