Whole grain breads don't have to be heavy or difficult to create. Doable, flexible, naturally-sweetened recipes you can't wait to make again at home. In this workshop, we will make feathery-light whole wheat biscuits and spelt crepes to enjoy during class and you'll leave with a ready-to-bake loaf of honey whole wheat bread to bake at home. Instructor: Sandra Clark Jergensen
This is a hands-on class with vegetarian recipes.
Note: Class is designed for adults and children aged 10 and up. Each child 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Each attendee must purchase a ticket.
Students will enjoy a sample of each recipe and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to those 21 and over.

Complimentary parking is available for students in the Co-ops parking garage at 28th & S streets. Please do not park in the lot in front of the store.
