Bring a date, or a friend, for a night of hands-on fun making an Italian specialty - the calzone! Each couple will learn to make dough from scratch for their own spinach and mushroom calzones. Then together we will make red sauce; a spring harvest salad and a bright and moist olive oil lemon cake to enjoy along with our calzones.
Instructor: Lucia Oliverio
This is a hands-on class with a vegetarian menu.
**Priced per couple.**
Students will enjoy full portions of each recipe, and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to students 21 and over.
Cancellation Policy: Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable with less than 48 hours notice.
Complimentary parking is available for students in the Co-ops parking garage at 28th & S streets. Please do not park in the lot in front of the store.
