ELIOT BRONSON BAND in SERENBE
ELIOT BRONSON BAND Growing up in Baltimore and playing the local coffeehouse circuit, Eliot Bronson was dubbed a "folk singing wunderkind" by The Baltimore Sun. He later moved to Atlanta, where he formed folk fave duo The Brilliant Inventions. In 2010, Bronson went solo and has released four critically-acclaimed albums to date. His 2014 and 2017 releases were both produced by Nashvilles Grammy Award-winning Americana producer Dave Cobb, who calls Bronson a brilliant lyricist. Paste Magazine describes Bronsons music a poetic blend of urban coffeehouse and outskirts-of-town saloon.
Atlanta Music Guide says Eliot Bronson is the type of songwriter who could squeeze out something meaningful about taking out the trash. He writes heartfelt songs with dark humor and backs them with his resonant voice and swampy instruments.
Eliot has won such esteemed songwriting awards as first place at Chris Austin Songwriting Contest at MerleFest and the Eddie Owen Songwriter Shootout. Hes also been a finalist at Kerrville Folk Festival, Rocky Mountain Folks Fest Songwriting Contest, and the New Song Contest Lincoln Center NYC. His song Mercy was also recently featured on Criminal Minds.
