Wallingford Community Theatre Repertory Presents OUR TOWN
Come and enjoy the Pulitzer Prize winning play OUR TOWN,the quintessential portrait of small town America in the early years of the twentieth century. while everyone who reads or views the play feels Thornton Wilder's play, Our Town, is truly about their town, there is some compelling evidence, that indeed, Wallingford, CT, and surrounding small towns may well have influenced Wilder's writings.
As part of the Wallingford 350 Jubilee Celebratory year, the WCT Repertory brings many town organizations together with its award-winning staff to re-create the town of Grover's Corners in the historic Town Hall of Wallingford. Quilts, choirs, and town officials bring genuine Americana touches to this production.
