Finnriver Farm Cider Dinner
The evening begins at 6:00 pm with an aperitif on the mezzanine at Seaplane where you'll meet a representative from Finnriver and our Bar Director, Erik Carlson. The family-style meal will highlight seasonal ingredients and the cider they are paired with. The evenings vary in length but are typically wrapped up by 8:30pm.

Paired with Artisan Sparkling Cider- a methode champenoise style cider
Family Style Dinner:
Local Roots Farm Winter Chicories- Farmhouse Gouda / Collin's Orchard Pears / Fennel
Paired with Finnriver Pear Cider
Moses Lake Pork Porchetta Polenta / Roasted Brussels Sprouts / Chanterelle Mushrooms
Paired with Finnriver Fire Barrel- a cider aged in Rye Whiskey barrels
Foraged Huckleberry Crostada Roasted Cinnamon Softserve
Paired with Finnriver Black Oak- a blend of black currant & heirloom cider apples
The fine print:
All sales are final. Tickets may not be transferred to another event or refunded. Dinner is $80 per person and is inclusive of service charge.
