DutchAcro meets BayAcro
Niko will be offering training with bases laying down, standing up, and upside down. Workshop will include classic training in acrobatics, and inventive ways of getting in and out of postures that will explode your Acro horizons.
Come play with Icarian, hand-to-hand, and dance Acro transitions.
Pre Reqs for INTERMEDIATE workshops:
free headstand, 20 second handstand at the wall, at least half a year of acro /acroyoga experience
