Chèvre is a creamy fresh goat cheese that can be enjoyed as soon as it is made, or aged into a bloomy rind cheese. Explore this traditional French-style cheesemaking process using lactic fermentation with cheesemaker Sacha Laurin. We'll also discover other delicious cheeses you can create using this process.

This is a hands-on class using vegetarian rennet.
Students will enjoy a sampling of various chévre cheeses, and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to students 21 and over.

Complimentary parking is available for students in the Co-ops parking garage at 28th & S streets. Please do not park in the lot in front of the store.
