Gouda is one of the worlds most popular semi-soft cheeses, beloved for its creamy and supple texture. Goat milk lends a mild tanginess and hints of butterscotch and caramel to this iconic cheese as it ages. The head cheesemaker from Winters Cheese Co. guides you in making your own delicious goat Gouda to age at home and enjoy for the holidays.
