Fall is abundant with mushrooms, and their earthy flavors will lend a richness to your autumn kitchen. Whether you like to hunt for and harvest them yourself or choose from among the gorgeous options at the Co-op, you'll learn how to use common, wild and dried mushrooms to make a variety of satisfying and hearty mushroom dishes: cream of mushroom soup; wild mushroom risotto; chicken marsala, and bucatini with mushroom ragu. Instructor: Mayumi Tavalero
This is a demonstration style class.
Students will enjoy a sample of each recipe and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to those 21 and over.
Cancellation Policy: Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable with less than 48 hours notice.
Complimentary parking is available for students in the Co-ops parking garage at 28th & S streets. Please do not park in the lot in front of the store.
