Healing ourselves is not a performance or ideal destination, but a practice and journey to slow down so we can live in closer harmony with our life's desires and the planet.

The autumnal Equinox is an incredible moment in time when nature gives us a sense of remembrance of what it means to live in coexistence with the planet. The slow, quieting, peace of the Equinox is a great time to make ritual, practice and space for yourself!

In this unique two hour workshop, you will be led through a practice emphasizing protection, building and harnessing agni (fire), gathering your energy inward for higher clarity. The physical practice will be two parts energizing like the sun and embody the still quieting essence of the moon- we need both to live fully present in our lives. There will be a short discussion about our relationship to healing ourselves as a necessary means to our own liberation. This is just as much about self care as it is collective care.
