Berkshire Short Film Festival
The Berkshires are a year-round destination known for their world-class arts and culture with the Philharmonic Orchestra and John Williams at Tanglewood every summer and Oscar, Tony and Emmy award-winning actors onstage throughout the season at Williamstown Theatre Festival. Jacob's Pillow brings in dance performances from all over the globe and now we want to give you the chance to round out the music, stage and dance scene with your films here at the Berkshire Short Film Festival! Come join us on Saturday, September 28th as filmmakers from across the world and as close as your own backyard bring you create stories that will make you laugh, cry and jump out of your seat! Stories told through animation that will delight you and tales told with wit and quickness in just under 22 minutes.
The Berkshire Short Film Festival will be showing films throughout the day at two venues. Films and Awards will be at Berkshire Community College in the Robert Boland Theatre. This comfortable house, with a seating capacity for 503 people, boasts outstanding acoustics and perfect viewing from every seat. This site is handicapped accessible.
Festival attendees will also be able to see films at the Berkshire Museum in the center of Berkshires. Known for bringing in short films from all over the world, this 238-seat theatre will serve as one of the venues where Filmmakers will have the opportunity to show their films and answer Q&As with the audience in 90-minute blocks. This site is handicapped accessible.
Tickets are available for 90-minute blocks or for the Full Day.
Block Tickets are $10 each and include the Film Block of your choice and allow entry to the Awards Ceremony at BCC at the conclusion of the evening. Purchase "One Film Block" ticket for entry to any film block. One use only.
Day Tickets are $25 and include both venues all day long and allow entry to the Awards Ceremony at BCC at the conclusion of the evening.
