A-Team AcroYoga
WOMEN ONLY EVENT!
Amy and Anya will teach the A-team Flow and a unique series of strength training, inversion skills, base and flyer drills, tightness, dynamic building of upper body strength.
Build confidence to take your practice to the next level no matter where you start! In this two hour class we will flow with kickasana, flexibility, endurance and supportive laughter! There will be a bit of jam time built in.
