Tour of DPR Construction's New Office
What is a more sustainable building than the one that already exists? DPR purchased an existing property at the corner of 18th & J Streets in midtown Sacramento and is currently renovating the building for their new office space on the 2nd floor with plans to lease the remaining space to tenant(s) on the 1st floor. The renovation includes transformation of the exterior façade, demolition of a portion of the existing structure that was once used for auto emissions testing and an addition onto the one-story portion of the building utilizing the installation of cross-laminated timber (CLT). Project goals include Net-Positive Energy, ILFI Petal Certification, LEED-Platinum, and WELL Certification.
