Velma Von Bon Bon
If you've not seen this amazing women on stage, you are really missing out! Skill and humour are combined in a delightful way that will have you laughing whilst at the same time wondering "how does she do that?". Worth the £15 ticket price on her act alone before you take into account the other wonderful acts and the fact all the money raised goes to Sue Ryder Manorlands Hospice. We get to make a difference whilst having a good time.
Sylvia Spectre
This lady magician has delighted and fascinated audiences up and down the country, including at the Edinburgh Fringe festival. Not only is she talented, she is a very kind and lovely lady, so we are beyond thrilled to have her joining us for this special charity weekend.
Mr B The Gentleman Rhymer
As no Variety Extravaganza would be complete without a musical element, we have the dapper Mr.B The Gentleman Rhymer taking to the stage. This amazing chap is also donating a signed CD to our charity raffle, to help us, hopefully, raise even more for Sue Ryder Manorlands Hospice.
Alices Night Circus
Alice (Julia Scott) is classically trained and started her journey in classical music before venturing into her own style of music which encompasses inuences from a wide range of musical genres and literature. She now only performs her own songs.Alice started singing professionally in her late teens whilst running her own business as a designer of fashion and jewellery. It was however following a meeting with Eliot Kennedy songwriter and producer that she ventured into Steelwork Studios to %nd her own sound through the writing of her own songs. Alices Night Circus is a curious journey down a musical rabbit hole, featuring a blend of apocalyptic fairy-tale Steampop with a touch of the circus. From day one I realised we were working with a real artist in Alices Night Circus. Not only a designer of fashion and jewellery but also a real visionary regarding her music. It was a fab project to be a part of and I am really proud of what we have done together. I wish every success possible!!! - Eliot Kennedy - Songwriter / ProducerAlice has had ME since the age of 17 and the life experiences this has brought her have strongly inuenced her music, which concentrates on the positive outcomes that can be achieved by overcoming lifes di5culties.She is a very popular artist within the Steampunk community and is also developing her fan base into the greater population recently performing at Zandari Festa Music Festival. Seoul, South Korea, Liverpool Sound City, Lincoln Engine Shed and Whitby Pavillion.
