This time of year, tomatoes are in abundance. Learn delicious ways to showcase this star of the summer in a variety of recipes. Mayumi shares how to make a savory tomato and mozzarella puff pastry tart; classic Spanish gazpacho; penne with vodka pancetta tomato sauce, and pulled pork tacos with pico de gallo.

This is a demonstration style class.
Students will enjoy a sample of each recipe and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to those 21 and over.
Cancellation Policy: Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable with less than 48 hours notice.
Complimentary parking is available for students in the Co-ops parking garage at 28th & S streets. Please do not park in the lot in front of the store.
