Mozzarella is a fresh Italian cheese made in the pasta filata, or spun paste tradition. Discover the fun and art of making and stretching your own mozzarella. Each student will learn how to make their own ball of mozzarella - perfect for summer caprese salads!

Instructor: Sacha Laurin, Winters Cheese Company

This is a hands-on class using vegetarian rennet.

Students will enjoy a sampling of various mozzarella cheeses, and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to students 21 and over.

Cancellation Policy: Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable with less than 48 hours notice.

Complimentary parking is available for students in the Co-ops parking garage at 28th & S streets. Please do not park in the lot in front of the store
