Brighten up your summer with these mango-centric Thai recipes. We'll learn essential cooking techniques and knife cuts needed to yield authentic Thai food, along with mango selection, storage, cutting and usage tips. Together we will make and enjoy: ginger-red curry; mango-peach coconut coolers; fresh mango spring rolls with chili-mango sriracha and spicy almond dipping sauces; cold garden pad thai salad, and sweet coconut chutney over mango-lime granita. |

This is a hands on class with a vegan menu that is mostly raw.
