After a 2 year hiatus, Techgnosis Records is back for our 3rd Toronto Label Night and weve got something special planned for this one. Were thrilled to be hosting this edition on the historic Tall Ship KAJAMA, as we cruise Lake Ontario to some original Techgnosis signature techno. Welcoming aboard one of the brightest and most dynamic artists on the global prog-tech underground, Luis M, all the way from Portugal. As well as label boss Ben Rama making his way from the East Coast, and local talents MYDÄ. We invite you on board our techno pirate voyage for a night of forward-thinking music, cityscape views and good vibes!
Techgnosis Records is a Canadian underground electronic music label, dedicated to promoting progressive and psychedelic techno. Founded in 2015 by Ben Rama and Alexander Synaptic (aka DJ Basilisk, founder of Ektoplazm).

Luis M is a young artist from Almada, Portugal. He stepped in the local and international scene with a blast, instantly acquiring fans from around the globe showcasing his distinct mix of progressive and melodic techno with a hint of psychedelic music. He is known for having some of most memorable basslines around the scene, which deliver dancefloors at clubs and music festivals an expertly crafted sonic experience from start to end.

The Toronto based duo has been making waves throughout the prog-tech scene since their outset in early 2015. Launched in Germany 1930, this 165' three-masted gaff-rigged schooner traded under sail for nearly 70 years. She was a familiar ship in ports from Northwest Spain, through western Europe, and as far north as Norway and Russia. In 1999, KAJAMA was delivered transatlantic to Toronto and restored to her original profile.
