The Anchorage-based improv troupe MMA Improv was formed in September 2017. The ensemble includes artists of all kinds, including singers, dancers, rapper, poets, authors and stand-up comics. Onstage together, we put those skills together as a team, delighting in creating new worlds for audiences to enjoy.
MMA Improv players create scenes using a range of improvisation games, so you never know which ones they might play. Many are the same kinds of games made popular by the U.S. TV show "Whose Line is it Anyway?"(originally hosted by Drew Carey on ABC -- and later revived with host Aisha Tyler on The CW network.) Others are ours alone!
