Cooking with the Chorale 8: A Florida Feast
The chefs of the Publix Apron's cooking school demonstrate the preparation of a four course meal and then each course is served in turn and paired with wine selected to compliment each dish. This year's edition is "A Florida Feast" and will feature distinctly local menu inspired by the Chorale's summer concert themes of community, friendship, and solidarity.
1st Course: Blistered tomato and burrata crustini (gluten free bread) with arugula pesto.
2nd Course: Sautéed shrimp and watermelon salad.
Main Course: Snapper with Florida rice and beans and roasted poblano salsa verde.
Dessert Course: roasted habanero-mango sorbet with grilled pineapple
Meals made without gluten are available with advance request.
Tickets are $75 per person or $140 per couple.
Dinner begins at 6:30pm and tickets must be purchased in advance.
