This will be an int/adv full day intensive taught by Crystal, Ariel, and Jaimie. The full flow will incorporate many traditional yoga asanas (or poses). We're going back to the roots with this one y'all!
9:30-10am, Self warm-up and registration
10am-1pm, Train like mad
1pm-3pm, Lunch break
3pm-5pm, Finish the flow
Location: Bay Jiu-Jitsu Mission SF (3274 Mission St)
PREREQS: foot to foot, star, reverse star, foot-to-hand, reverse foot-to-hand, tuck sit, foot to shins, and back plank. (seriously--you need to be able to rock these! contact us if questions!)
