Angel Ventura, or the Widow Ventura, as her younger sister, Gina liked to call her, had the whole month of July off from teaching and motherhood. She believed true love never struck twice, but then, falls in love with Steele. When he loses everything, Angel, with a little help from her seventy-five-year-old tenant, works a miracle which brings Steele back to her.
