Years in the making, comedian Elaine Orion is recording her first stand-up comedy special, one she would describe as "unapologetically feminist" except she wants people to actually show up.
First stepping onstage in Houston, Elaine now calls Chicago home and has honed her skills on the road in fringe festivals and dive bars all across the US and Canada. Both playfully and fearlessly delving into political and provocative topics, shes been called "not your moms jeans comedian" by The Elgin Review and "the female Doug Stanhope!" by a woman in a blackout.
