Learn a variety of meditative, mindfulness and mindful photography techniques designed to enhance both your life and your photography. We will dive deeply into the present moment experience, immersed in nature, in order to see life from an entirely new perspective.
Accessible to all levels of photographer and mindfulness / meditation experience, even those who rarely take photos or have no experience in the practice of mindfulness. Cell phone cameras are encouraged! This is NOT a technical "how to use a camera" workshop. It's about gaining real world techniques to dive deeply into the present moment, allowing your photos to evolve organically.
