ALIAS - February 2009
The second performance of the 08-09 season features two important, if different, works - the first cello sonata of Johannes Brahms and the fourth string quartet of Bela Bartok. ALIAS continues to perform the music written by women, with a duet for cello and clarinet by Phyllis Tate and a piece for violin and piano by Lili Boulanger.
All proceeds from this concert will benefit Tennessee Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts.
