Amount payable is equal to the number REGISTERED or number ATTENDING event; whichever is greater - this is what the association pays to the caterers and bar services. In order to minimize administrative costs for the association, arrangements will not be made to bill or invoice after the event. No refunds/credits. Thank you for understanding.
