Brunch + Coffee Pairing || Provecho x Smalltown
This unique four-course brunch was inspired by Smalltown's recent trip to a Costa Rican coffee farm. Each course was crafted by Chef Chris Pappas around the flavor profiles of each coffee to give you an experience that excites and delights your tastebuds.

paired w/ Sopapilla (fried pastry) with Meyer lemon curd, caramel, & hibiscus syringes.
paired w/ a tapioca crepe, scrambled egg, cheese, pork belly, salsa fresca, toasted pecan dust.

paired w/ a chicken tamale, banana leaf, quail egg, chocolate mole.
paired w/ open faced Torrijas (french toast), caramel glazed sweet plantain, honey cream, piloncillo mezcal syrup.
