The Multigenerational Workforce with Deb Mohlenhoff and Amie Hendrix
Baby boomers are disgruntled and stuck in their ways. Millennials (or are they xennials?) are over-confident and work-shy. And Gen X, well, they are just stuck in the middle.

These are some common stereotypes and assumed working styles that people in the workplace apply to people from different generations. The extent to which these differences actually exist is debated, but with people retiring later and different generations working in the same space, there is a real opportunity appreciate our differences and maximize cooperation, teamwork, and effectiveness.

In this workshop you will understand different age groups and how to best engage all employees in ways that will enhance working relationships across generations.

You will:
Gain a better understanding of the perspectives,
behaviors, and needs of different generations of
       employees
Address the differences (and similarities) in managing
       and leading between generations
Learn how to lead multiple generational teams while
preserving and growing morale and motivation
Exchange actionable ideas about how to improve relations
       between employees of differing generations
