Wizards of the Coast Alumni Reunion Picnic 2019
WIZARDS OF THE COAST ALUMNI REUNION PICNIC!
The Impromptu Reunion Party Committee (Peter Adkison, Rich Kaalaas, Beverly Marshall Saling, Lisa Stevens, and Suzanne Sundet-LeMere) invite you to save the date for a chance to reconnect and have some fun!
SPACE LIMITED: STAGGERED PURCHASE WINDOWS BASED ON YEARS AT WotC
HOW TO GET TICKETS:
Because space limits the number of tickets available and we'd particularly like to encourage people from the olden days to attend, were asking folks to please stagger your ticket purchases based on when you FIRST GOT HIRED at WotC. You can get tickets for your significant others and kids when you get your own, but PLEASE WAIT UNTIL your start date window opens to do so.
Start date windows:
1995 & earlier: please purchase beginning 4/8/19
1996 - 2000: beginning 5/1/19
2001 - 2005: beginning 5/22/19
2006 - 2010: beginning 6/5/19
2011 - present: beginning 6/19/19
Ticket sales end 8/7
Ticket price includes: food and nonalcoholic beverages.
Any proceeds left over will be donated to Child's Play, a charity that provides toys and games for hospitalized kids

12:00 - 5:00 p.m.
Rein Fire Ranch in Ravensdale, WA (https://reinfireranch.com/)
WHAT:
A BBQ picnic with catering provided by Lind's Custom Meats!
12:00 - 2:00 p.m.: Vegetable and fruit platters.
2:00 p.m.: Lunch buffet, including fresh-baked rolls, dinner salad, fruit bowl, potato salad, pasta salad (vegetarian friendly), BBQ baked beans, smoked chicken, and whole smoked BBQ pig.
Bottled water, iced tea, and lemonade will be provided, and Happy Camper Cocktail Company will be serving beer, wine, and sangria at a cash bar in the barn.
