sugar
sugar is a performance that explores themes of care, harm, memory and prefiguration. The performer and the audience engage in a series of tasks with ambiguous results. Historical references and utopian gestures find voice through repetitive movement, video, and poetic forms.

Accessibility information: Milepost 5 is a wheelchair accessible space, including an accessible bathroom. Scent-free soap will be provided, and we ask that all attendees refrain from wearing scented perfumes, soaps, laundry detergents etc. However we cannot guarantee that the space will be completely free of scents.
