VEGAN COOKING CLASS SERIES - THREE EVENINGS, THREE THEMES

start at 6 PM and are held in Rhinebeck, NY.

Come enjoy one, two or all three evenings in an inimate, non-intimidating environment, where you will enjoy featings on a variety of delightful vegan dishes after learning how to prepare them!
About the Instructor:
Holly Shelowitz is a Certified Nutrition Counselor and Culinary Nutrition Educator. For over 20 years through client sessions, group and private cooking classes and educational events, Holly has been teaching clients about nourishment on the plate and nourishment beyond the plate.
Holly teaches nutrition and cooking workshops at Omega Institute, Eileen Fisher, UPS, American Express as well as local organizations. As the Northeast Regional Nutrition Educator for Whole Foods Market, Holly helped launch two Global Healthy Eating Education programs that were integrated company wide. She brought it all back home and created the Healthy Eating Education Program at Mother Earths Stores. You can find Holly teaching community workshops at libraries, farmers markets and culinary stores in the tri state area
