All Star AcroYoga Workshop!
INTERMEDIATE level AcroYoga workshop with Crystal Hatzimichael and Ariel Mihic! Come join us from 2pm-5pm for a rocking workshop that will include partner calibration and training drills, some new washing machines, and a mini flow that you can string together to work on your Acro endurance and precision!!
Pre-Reqs: front plank x 30s, back plank x 30s, star, free shoulderstand, cartwheel to straddle bat, side star, reverse star (we can work on refining these, but you should have some comfort level either basing or flying in all of these poses)
*Note that we need approx 20 students registered for this event to happen, so please sign-up early so we can get a good count and confirm attendance!!*
