STEEL MAGNOLIAS presented by Circle Theatre Project~ Three Weekends ONLY!
With a cast of veteran stage actors, Circle Theatre Project's production is the only professional staging of the play in Portland this Summer and it's a MUST SEE!
Lisamarie Harrison owns the role of the wise and inimitable Truvy, Patty Price-Yates plays constant and devoted mother M'Lynn, , Malia Tippets embodies the role of stubborn and impetuous daughter Shelby, Lisa Gillam-Luginbill plays the simplistic and introverted Annelle, Kim Bogus as the cantankerous Ouiser , and her 'forever friend' and woman about town Clairee, is played by Portland's own Ms.Margie Boule.
Circle Theatre Project's production of STEEL MAGNOLIAS promises to both amuse and delight with warmth and emotion.
While the 1989 Herbert Ross film is famously known and has been seen by most many have not seen the play on which the film was based. It SHOULD be seen in live performance and Circle Theatre Project presents just the formidable cast for your live theatre going experience.
STEEL MAGNOLIAS opens on Friday, August 16, 2013, with performances on Friday and Saturday evenings at 7:30pm and Saturday and Sunday matinees at (TAKE NOTE!) 1:00pm (no matinee on Saturday, August 24). The closing performance of STEEL MAGNOLIAS will be the matinee on Sunday, September 1, 2013 ~ ELEVEN performances!

The Miracle Theatre Café will be open and serving both alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages in addition to a special fare featuring specially created Southern delectables with a nod to STEEL MAGNOLIAS' Chinquapin Parish, Louisiana.
Just for FUN! Wear your favorite 80's fashion and your most authentic 80's hairdo. The winning participant will receive a backstage pass following the show.
