Ritornello Chamber Music Festival is back for its 11th year and moving to a new weekend! Join us April 12-14 for three incredible concerts over one great weekend in Saskatoon.

Canadian violinist Véronique Mathieu has performed as a soloist and chamber musician throughout Asia, Europe, South Africa, South America, and the United States. She is a prizewinner of the 2012 Eckhardt-Gramatté Contemporary Music Competition, the 2010 Krakow International Contemporary Music Competition, and a three-time winner of the Canada Council Bank of Instruments Competition. Véronique is the first person to hold the University of Saskatchewan's David L. Kaplan Chair in Music.

LATE NIGHT AT VILLAGE GUITAR WITH HYPERCUBE Saturday, April 13, 8:30pm Village Guitar & Amp
A quartet of saxophone, guitar, piano and percussion, HYPERCUBE embraces the boundaries of chamber music, at home in both electric and acoustic worlds. This group of gritty NYC musicians formed with the goal of performing high quality, cutting-edge works for modern instrumentation.
In addition to HYPERCUBEs set you will hear Feris Mountain Music for soprano saxophone and string quartet, Rileys In C, and much more we cant give away all of our secrets!

SUNDAY AT THE REMAI Sunday April 14, 2:00pm Remai Modern River View Room
Were excited to return to the Remai Modern River View Room for our Sunday afternoon concert. Inspired by the fact that we are now in our second decade (!) we have put together a concert of duos. Véronique Mathieu, Hypercubes Andrea lodge, pianist Katherine Dowling and cellist Leana Rutt join our artistic directors/co-founders Carissa Klopoushak and Jacqueline Woods for our concert overlooking the river. Come share an afternoon of music perfect for a Sunday, and celebrate a wonderful weekend of Ritornello!
