In this hands-on class, you will make your own cow's milk feta, and learn how to age it "au natural" or marinate it with your choice of herbs, peppers, garlic, olives or sun dried tomatoes once you take it home. You can enjoy it the next day, or keep it in olive oil for months.

Instructor: Sacha Laurin, Winters Cheese Company

This is a hands-on class using vegetarian rennet.

Students will enjoy a sampling of various feta cheeses, and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to students 21 and over.
