Explore the craft of artisanal cheesemaking and the complexities of the famous pressing process known as cheddaring. Each student will make a cheddar to take home to age and enjoy and we will taste some other amazing cheddars in class and discuss what makes each one distinct.
Instructor: Sacha Laurin, Winters Cheese Company
This is a hands-on class using vegetarian rennet.
Students will enjoy a sampling of various cheddar cheeses, and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to students 21 and over.

Complimentary parking is available for students in the Co-ops parking garage at 28th & S streets. Please do not park in the lot in front of the store
