Don White at Along the Way Coffeehouse
Don White is coming the The Along The Way Coffee House. You most likely already know of Don, that guy who's from Lynn (what can he say??). So you know that Don is a storyteller-comedian-author-troubadour-folksinger-songwriter. And you also know that a night at a Don White performance is a whole lot of good fun. Whether you're looking for good song, or a good laugh, this will be the place to be.
For twenty-six years Don has been bringing his audiences to laughter and tears in his live performances, studio recordings, and on the printed page. From Lynn to across our country, he has shared the stage with greats like Christine Lavin, Arlo Guthrie, Taj Mahal, Ritchie Havens, Patty Larkin, Bill Morrissey, Tom Rush, and Louden Wainwright III.
His humor appeals to all, as does his insight into the challenges of raising a family, especially through the teen age years. White infuses his work with his experiences as husband, father, seeker and a joker.
Don has stayed involved in his community, helping young musicians navigate the local scene, and creating outlets for creative expression like the Speak Up! Spoken Word Open Mic and Don Whites Sunday Night Open Mic at the Walnut Street Café in Lynn.
