Hope: A Benefit Concert
A Benefit Concert for: Through These Doors and Preble Street. Over 100 local musicians and singers come together to present a program of meaningful, hope-filled works to inspire healing and social action within our Portland Home. Featuring: Soprano Counter-Tenor Christopher Garrepy Tenor Martin Lescault Baritone Scott Wheatley Bass John Adams Organist Harold Stover Cellist Cameron Prescott And so many more! Works by Hildegard, Sweelinck, Beethoven, Mozart, Arvo Part, Rutter, Jenkins, and others.
This concert is not just an event, but a night of opportunity to raise awareness for the needs in our community. No language speaks as clearly across all dialects as music and HOPE.
Preble Street and Through These Doors continually work with those in need around us, and fight for better care for all in Maine. This is a chance for you to be a part of their mission and contribute to the hope of Portland! All proceeds will go to Preble Street and Through These Doors.
