Mendocino Progressive Dinner

11th annual Mendocino Progressive Dinner
Saturday May 4th, 2019, starting at 6 pm.

The historic Village of Mendocino has proven to be the perfect location for a Progressive Dinner. Enjoy dinner and fine wines all while discovering the architecture and rich history of three historical buildings from days gone by.

Beginning with appetizers at the Highlight Gallery, where not only will you enjoy this beautiful historical building but all the fine art work from some of the finest artist in our community. Reception starts at 6 pm.

At 7pm we progress over to the Mendocino Hotel, also Circa 1878, to enjoy salad and your choice of three different entree's.

Then to complete the evening, at 8 pm you will walk across the street to the Ford House, circa 1854, for dessert and port. While enjoying a decadent dessert you will have the chance to view and bid on many spectacular items while we wind-up the evening with a silent auction.

This year's menu you will have your choice of one of three entrees. First you will start off with an organic spring salad mix with Cherry Tomatoes, Chevre Goat Cheese, Candied Pecans, and Basil Balsamic Vinaigrette.

The three entrees to chose from are...

1. Potato Crusted Salmon, Bearnaise Sauce, Asparagus. Lemon
Tarragon Fraiche

2. Prime Rib of Beef, Chive Mashed Potatoes, Asparagus, Rosemary
Thyme Au Jus

3. Pasta Puttanesca ~ Artichoke, Plum Tomato, Gaete Olives,
Capers, Fresh Herbs, Parmesan Cheese, Linguini
