Before the tasting, Matt will lead a lesson on hand stretching fresh mozzarella in the Italian tradition. After, you'll sit down to a guided cheese and beer tasting featuring 4 cheeses that are perfectly paired with 4 Evil Genius Beers. You'll come away with an enhanced knowledge of small batch beers, how to pair beers with cheeses, and how to build a proper cheese board.
