A Beer and Cheese Experience at Brewery ARS
Come hang out with Philly cheese guru Matt Buddah (who will be opening Liberty Kitchen in Fishtown in the near future) and the masterminds behind Brewery ARS as we walk you through a night of cheese and beer pairings. The night will start out with an interactive demo about how to stretch mozzarella by hand where you will make your own ball of mozz to take home with you. Next we will walk you through three cheeses and carefully curated beer pairings. The lesson will include ideas on how to pair cheese and beer at home as well as plating tips and condiment pairings. There may even be an appearance of Liberty Kitchen's soon to be famous tomato pie!
