Joy & Peace In This Time of Strife
So much conflict, anger, division, bad news, fake news--how in the world can we get and maintain joy and peace in the midst of the noise and emotion and discord and hurt?
How can we stop feeling overwhelmed and discouraged and afraid?
How can we remove ourselves from the static while still being purposefully engaged?
This intensive 5-hour master class will answer just that.
TOPICS INCLUDE:
-How to rise above the negativity being slung at you from every direction.
-How to identify and destroy the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual strongholds that keep you in the mess.
-How to immediately employ the tools, tips, strategies, and mindset that form the foundation for authentic joy and peace.
-How to contribute more to the world without becoming ensnared in its fierce political and social firestorms.
-How to practice perennial spiritual principles and perspectives that will bring a lifetime of joy, peace, wonder, hope, love, gratitude, beauty, and freedom.
WHAT WILL THE MASTER CLASS BE LIKE?
Class size will be limited to 10 participants to allow time and space for everyone.

At lunchtime, we'll amble over to a nearby restaurant for a meal before resuming the rest of our work.
OF NOTE -Advance registration is required by October 24, 2019. -Snacks and drinks will be provided. -Cost of lunch is not included. We will be going Dutch so that you can get exactly what you like. -Cell phones and laptops must be turned off during the master class. -Payment is nonrefundable.
