Glorieta Battlefield Bus Tour
Glorieta Battlefield Bus Tour Bus leaves LVCCHP, 116 Bridge St., at 9 am. Travel along the Santa Fe Trail, on I-25, to Rowe Exit, State 63, and then on to Pecos National Monument and the site of the Civil War encounter between the Union Volunteers from Colorado and New Mexico and Confederate Mounted Volunteers from Texas; visit the Glorieta Battlefield Site of March 28, 1862. Cost $40. (Includes a box lunch.) Will return to Las Vegas by 4pm. Dennis Ditmanson will do interpretive narration. Reservations required. 505-425-8803
