Magnolia Hotel's VIP Public Paranormal Investigation MARCH 2, 2019
Have you ever wanted to be included in an actual paranormal investigation at a known haunted location? Well, here is your opportunity! Billy Driver & Mark Morrow founders of the paranormal team called "Strange Town" will be conducting a live investigation at the Haunted Magnolia Hotel from 7:00pm-3:00am. This team's TV show has been seen on PBS and were featured in the new Destination America's hit show "Ghost Brothers." Only 25 people will be allowed entry for this unique experience. First, you will be given a private history/ghost tour of the hotel by the owners, Jim and Erin Ghedi. They will inform you of the building's incredible history from its beginnings as a 2 room log cabin in 1840 through the early days as an 1880's hotel and stage coach stop for Seguin. You will be guided to all the "Hot Spots" throughout the building and introduced to the known 15 spirits who still reside at the hotel. You will then be handed off to Driver & Morrow who will give you step by step instructions on how a real paranormal investigation is performed and recorded. Everyone will have opportunity to use and experience paranormal equipment for your hands-on investigation. The team will be available to answer any questions and will explain investigation techniques as the night unfolds. Attendees will be split into small groups and each will be given a chance to investigate the entire hotel and underground shelter while the others will watch activities on the monitors at the Command Center. Cameras and voice recorders are definitely allowed!We highly recommend bringing your own snacks and beverages. Please be aware that the second floor and Indian Raid Shelter are not handicap accessible. Sorry but NO ONE under the age of 12 is allowed to attend. There are NO REFUNDS or CREDITS under any circumstances.
