SINGAPOREAN, STUDENT & CHILDREN DISCOUNTS
Discounts for Singaporean, student, and children tickets are made possible by our sponsors and a subsidy from the Overseas Singaporean Unit (OSU). We seek your cooperation in purchasing the appropriate ticket. Due to limitations in the Brownpaper ticketing web site we are using, we will need to collect some information from such ticket-holders outside the web site.
This will be in the form of an emailed link we will send to you after your registration, to fill in these details, which will be submitted to the OSU, in order to claim the subsidy.
This will be:
1. First and Last Name (for Singaporeans, should match your NRIC, Passport, or Citizen Certificate Document)
2. Singaporean - Yes / No
3. Email Address (Parents to fill for children)
4. Profession / School / Institution
In addition, for Singaporeans, we will need a way to verify that you are a Singaporean. OSU permits that we either collect your NRIC, Passport, or Citizen Certificate number, or we physically verify your Singapore ID.
Per the guidelines of the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), the collection of a complete NRIC or passport number is not permitted except for authorised purposes, and if so, there must be strict care taken around the data retention of such records. As a private organisation, we rather not be collecting and retaining such private information from you, yet we do want you to enjoy the discounted rate.
We think the best way to verify your status is to physically verify your Singapore ID at the point of entry, such that we do not retain any data.
Therefore, we will require all Singaporean ticket holders to show either their valid NRIC, Passport or Citizenship Certificate (i.e. for children who do not yet have a passport or NRIC) at the event registration desk, or, bring a colour photocopy, or a colour photograph of it displayed on a smartphone, showing their photo and full name (you may redact the NRIC/passport number, date of birth, address, blood type, etc.), with the photo matching the ticket holder and the name matching the name used for registration.
If we do not receive the information from you before the event, we may have to void the ticket and/or charge you the non-Singaporean rate. If you forget to bring the documents for verification, we may seek that you email a photo of it (which we will delete after verification) to us.
We trust that you understand these verification steps are necessary to maintain the integrity of the discount for Singaporeans.

4. Limit of 15 tables - First come first serve.
We are unable to reserve tables for those who without tickets. Due to limited seating, we cannot entertain all requests. Thank you for your understanding.
