Join herbalist Madalyn Berg of The Community Medicine Cabinet for a hands-on demonstration of how to make fire cider. Participants bring their own pint jar and leave with a delicious, medicinal tonic and the knowledge of how to make it again for friends and family.
Fire Cider is an old folk remedy for seasonal wellness. It's made with a combination of herbs, honey, and vinegar, making a tasty tonic that many rely upon through the seasons but that is particularly useful in the winter season. Warming, spicy and pungent, it is a great support for fending off colds and flu and supporting digestion. Come make this remedy and learn about its story.
Class is limited to 20 participants.
*Cancellation policy: We are only able to give a refund up to 10 business days in advance of the class. If notice is given less than 10 days in advance, we regret that no refund is possible, as we will not be able to fill the space at the last minute. If Botanical Dimensions needs to cancel a class for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible (at least 1 day prior to the event) and you will receive a full refund.
