Parties That Cook and CUESA present a sizzling summer series of hands-on cooking classes. Follow along as our chefs share tips and tricks for selecting and utilizing seasonal ingredients from the Farmers Market in everyday cooking. Then grab an apron for a hands-on cooking lesson, where youll use fresh summer ingredients in recipes with Californian-International flair. Wine provided by tuttifoodie.com.
Guests will then be treated to a lively introductory cooking lesson by the Parties That Cook chefs featuring tips such as the fastest way to dice an onion without a tear. Guests will be split into teams and work on a recipe from the evening's tapas menu, all while sipping wine and listening to upbeat music.
The group will savor the fruits of their labor and enjoy the historic Ferry Building ambiance. After the event, copies of the recipes and digital photos will be sent to the group.
